He is survived by: his wife Linda Raines Warren; his children, Douglas Ford and Renee Ford of Lexington, KY; his siblings, Fritz Warren of Danville, KY and Kim Mitchell of Richmond, KY; his aunts, Bessie Gaddis and Lorraine Tarrance of Dayton, OH; and his uncle Fleece Mayfield of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
