He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Rogers Weaver; his children, Jamie Weaver (Heather) of Colorado and Kim Bailey (Wayne) of Mount Sterling; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Barsotti (Philip) of Danville, Dr. Tabitha Anderson (John) of Danville and Fisher Evans of Danville; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Barsotti, Wesley Weaver Anderson, Maggie Barsotti and Silas Anderson.
