In loving memory of Ruth Young of Danville, Kentucky, born in Eudora, Arkansas, who departed this world on April 23, 2024 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by : her husband Fletcher Fleming Young; her parents, Thomas Ebenezer Vining and Maude Edmonson Vining; and her son Dale Young. She is survived by : her sons, Thomas Young (Teresa) of Lexington, KY, Robert Young (Brenda) of Comfort, TX and Ronald Young (Lynn) of Lexington, SC; and her brothers, Bill and Don Vining of Little Rock, AR. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the United Presbyterian Church (326 E Main St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion (529 N Greenville St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330).
