As Steven departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Steven may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Steven leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Sue Luttrell Rodgers. He is survived by: his father Noel Rodgers; and his siblings, Cathy Sherrell (PJ) of Liberty, Ricky Rodgers (Patricia) of Liberty and Dean Rodgers (Martha) of Liberty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
