Though Thelma may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orbra Felix and Ollie Edna Greer Stonecypher; her son James Wallace Foley; her grandson James Nicholas Foley; and her siblings, Raliegh Felix Stonecypher and Barbara Ellen Ballard.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Harold and Paulette Kilby of Danville, Kentucky; and her sister Ruth Jeanette Russell of Liberty, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pleasant View Baptist Church (13571 KY-1247, Waynesburg, KY 40489). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
