He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry D. Venable. He is survived by: his parent Johnna Lynn Criswell; his daughter Leah Lynn Venable; his brother Christopher D. Venable; and his fiancée Brittany Lamb. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
