He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Marshall and Margaret Hawkins Marshall. He is survived by: his children, Luci Marshall of Boston, MA, Ashly Burch (Evan) of Louisville, Anne Deville-Landfield (Peter) of Lexington, Rafe Marshall of Danville, John Marshall of Louisville and Grant Marshall (Nicole) of Nicholasville; and his brother Warren Marshall (Sue) of Frankfort. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
