She was predeceased by: her parents, Butler Owens and Ina Webb Owens; her husband Denver Shepherd; her daughter Sherri Shepherd; her grandson Brayden; and her siblings, Troy Owens, Roy Owens, Ralph Owens, Otis Owens, Elsie Rahrig, Bill Henry Owens, Ada Marie Owens and Mable Hackworth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Shepherd and Elizabeth Wells of David, KY; her son-in-law Michael Hunter; her grandchildren, Macy, Jake, Cole, Nick (Katie), Nathan (Mikka), Judy and Wesley; and her great grandchildren, Karsyn, Holston, Gavin, Colson, Aligrace, Wyatt, Addison, Caleb, Grant and Brady.
