She is survived by: her children, Clayton Shepherd (Renee Breeding) of David, Kentucky, Eddie Shepherd of David, Kentucky, TJ Shepherd of David, Kentucky, Jennifer Prater (Robert) of Hueysville and Lula Shepherd (Kevin Bailey) of David, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Christie, Dixie, Abby, Hunter, Bryce, Chase, Hannah, Keisha, Kayley, Jacob, Jessica, Mary, Jasmine, Cole and Carlie; and her sisters, Tammy Adams of David and Sherry Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky. She is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren.
