He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Adams and Nancy Prater Adams Manuel; and his sister Charlene Baldridge. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Davis Adams; his daughters, Amy C. Adams of Prestonsburg, KY and Jeanie Stepp (William) of Sydney, KY; his brothers, Paul, Donnie, Danny and Terry Adams of Prestonsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Johnathan Boyd, Alexis Osborne, Aliya Osborne and Emily Stepp; and his great grandchild Freya Boyd.
