She is survived by: her children, Steven Cook of Hopkinsville, Kenneth Cook (Sandra) of Dawson Springs and Tina Oliver (Kerry) of Dawson Springs; her grandchildren, Roxanne Hunter, Candice Teague (Bryan), Amber Cothran (Trevor), Haley Cook, Makayla Bearden (Steven), Tember Oliver, Devan Oliver and Tyler Hale; her great grandchildren, Ayden Hunter, Aydrianna Hunter, Tucker Teague, Tori, Baylee, Colton Cothran, Breighlynn Bearden and Larkin Bearden; and her siblings, James Barnett (Dianne), Reva Lipford (Roger), Danny Barnett (Tracy) and Sharon Crick (Robert). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
