We bid farewell to Charles Wayne Ishmel Hulsey of Dawson Springs, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 26, 2025 at the age of 61. Charles touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wayne Hulsey and Edith "Marie" Howton Hulsey; and his sister Andria Mae Frankel. He is survived by: his sisters, Pamela Hulsey of Dawson Springs, KY and Joan Cotton (Johnny) of Dawson Springs, KY; his nephews, Cody Cotton, Dustin Cotton and Joshua Frankel; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ezekiel, Adeline, Kierra, Carter, Riley, Max and Ace.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lafayette Cemetery (5325 Niles Rd, Dawson Springs, KY 42408).
