She is survived by: her children, Nicole Jones of Dawson Springs, KY, Terry Eison (Denise) of Madisonville, KY and Jerry Eison, II of Dawson Springs, KY; her sisters, Sheila Duncan of Dawson Springs, KY and Kim Moorefield of Hopkinsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Bailey Eison, Jay Deaton and Chloey Deaton.
