He is survived by: his mother Christine Jeannette Ramage McIntosh of Dawson Springs; his wife Laura Gaye Jensen McIntosh; his daughter Amanda Jane Thibodeaux (Scott) of Dawson Springs; his stepdaughter Jennifer Dawn Emmons of Calvert City; his brother Richard McIntosh of Dawson Springs; his grandchildren, Alexis Wynn, Haley Dalton, Payton Dalton, Jasmine Emmons, Devon Emmons, Shaely Thibodeaux and Reed Thibodeaux; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Lucy and Noah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
