He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Summers and Fay Neil Higbee; and his sister Pamela Fay Baird. He is survived by: his wife Anita of Dawson Springs, KY; his sons, Chris Summers (Andrea) of Dawson Springs, KY and Cody Summers (Lauren) of Antigo, WI; his siblings, Regina McKnight (Bobby) of Christian County, KY and Scott Summers (Janet) of Dawson Springs, KY.; and his grandchildren, Khloe Summers, Tucker Summers and Riley Summers.
