He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Combs and Margie Jane Combs (Brumfield). He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Harvey Combs (Rita) of Elkton, Nathan Keith Combs (Dorothy) of Elkton and Tammy Elaine Phillips of Russellville.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery (515 W 9th St, Russellville, KY 42276).
