He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Maxine Summers Adams; his sister Sandra Stokes; and his grandson Acea McKinney. He is survived by: his daughters, Sierra Adams (Jamie Miller) of Crofton, KY and Roxie Adams (Joseph Trotter) of Dawson Springs, KY; his brother Willie Adams (Darla) of Dawson Springs, KY; and his grandchildren, Alex, Aden, Asher McKinney, Braelynn and Jayclyn Trotter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
