She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Fields of Dawson Springs; her son Jeffery Fields (Madonna) of Temecula, CA; her siblings, Karen Hanor of Nebo, KY and Frankie Stanley of Mortons Gap, KY; and her grandchildren, Alahna Marquez, Amanda Marquez and Jeanna Fields. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
