She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester McNeely and Mytie Dillingham McNeely; her husband Monroe Capps; and her siblings, Lorella Duke, Norwood and Roy McNeely.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Capps of Caldwell County, Judy Capps Davenport of Paducah and Richard "Rick" Monroe Capps (Maureen Leamy) of Hopkinsville; her grandsons, Richard Justin Capps, Chad Edward Rogers and Christopher David Shoulders; and her great grandchildren, Jolee Belle Rogers, Jonah George Rogers and Jentri Rose Rogers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
