He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Johnson and Mary Lou Hammock Blankenship; and his brothers, Donnie Johnson, Rodney Johnson and Ricky Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Moore Johnson of Dawson Springs, KY; his children, Brittany Jones of White Plains, KY, Mary Johnson of Paducah, KY, Bobby Parish of Robards, KY and William A. Johnson, Jr. of Terre Haute, IN; and his sister Peggy Trover of Dawson Springs, KY.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Beshear Funeral Home (201 N Main St, Dawson Springs, KY 42408). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Walnut Grove Cemetery.
