He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sparks (Miller); his children, Kim Townsley and Rodney Sparks (Regan); his grandchildren, Cooper Sparks, Zoe Sparks, Hudson Townsley and Harper Townsley; his siblings, Dennie Clouse (Peggy), Donnie Sparks (Candice), Freda Ackerson (Edward) and Denise Gentry (Charles); and his mother-in-law Aileen Feltner (Miller).
