Frances left this world on October 10, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Wilcox and Sallie Wilcox; her siblings, Rossco, Jane, Angie, Ray, Innis and Isom; her children, Tom Perry and Teresa Perry; her granddaughter Sarah Perry; and her son-in-law Marco Meconio.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney Perry; her children, Ronda Meconio, Sandy Perry, Karen Perry, Cindy Utz and Jackie Perry (Willie); and her brother Willard Wilcox (Alice Gregory). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Linnemann Funeral Home (30 Commonwealth Ave, Erlanger, KY 41018). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (3227 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018).
