He is survived by: his wife Arlene Maines; his children, Keith (Terri), Kevin Maines (Kimberly) and Kiplie Culp (Dave); his grandchildren, Krista, Gary, Kyrie, Kyle, Elizabeth, Jackson and Christen; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Cory, Olivia, Wade, Julian, Daphne and Caitlyn.
