He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ament Sr. and Virginia; his brother Steven Ament; and his granddaughter Jackie Roland. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ament; his children, Sean Ament (Lori), Erik Ament, Deborah Fitzsimmons and Karen Morwessel; and his siblings, Andy Ament, Jenny Herman and Carol Ray Paden. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
