He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ferrell (Robinson) of Debord, KY; his children, Joshua David Ferrell (Julie) of Williamsport, OH and Ashley Humphreys (Brian) of Tampa, FL; his brother JB Chambers of Aurora, WV; and his grandchildren, Avery, Ali and Maverick.
