He was predeceased by: his parents, Eloise Horn and Jack Horn; and his sister Colleen Moore. He is survived by: his wife Monica Horn (Preece); his sons, James Michael Horn (Brenda) of Hazard, KY and Gregory Clinton Horn (Carolyn) of Hazard, KY.; his grandchildren, Missy Dixon (David), Christy Horn Bryant (Chuck), Heather Haddix (Anthony), Valeriea Holder (Jason) and Krystle Horn; and his close friend William "Mug" Hardin. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
