She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewallen and Evelyn Walters Lewallen; her husband Willie Edwards; and her siblings, Tom Lewallen, Roy Lewallen, Harold Lewallen and Gloria Bridenstine.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Newsome of Debord, KY and Lois DeVore (Mike) of Wayne, OH; her siblings, Fred Lewallen of Wharton, OH and Faye Bridenstine of Forrest, OH.; her grandchildren, Anthony Gump, Elizabeth Newsome, Amber Martinez, Daniel Newsome, Amanda Griffey and Emilee DeVore; and her great grandchild Chloe Goble. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
