She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Maynard and Vicie Fletcher Maynard; her husband Daniel Boone Preece; and her siblings, James Maynard, Alex Maynard, Chester Maynard, Bob Maynard, Richard Maynard, Mary Justice, Violet Harmon, Omie Adkins, Rebecca Sartin and Mavis Preece.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Daniel Preece of Georgetown, KY, Roger Dale Preece (Brenda) of Venters Branch, William Michael Preece of Georgetown, KY and Sheila Denise Adkins (Danny) of Flatwoods, KY.; her grandchildren, Matthew Preece, Megan Preece, Lakin Allen, Ada Preece, Mallory Jarrell (Chucky), Missy Baker (Brady), Austin Adkins (Lauren), Adam Adkins (Halie) and Ella Adkins; and her great grandchildren, Maleah, Madix, Ethan, Silas, Jaxson, Hailey, Sydney, Jaxon, Ryker, Harvey and Jacob.
