She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Rowe and Estelle Rowe (McGinnis); her husband Russell Salton Matthews; and her daughter Phyllis Lou Matthews. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Williams of Queensland, AU, Jacqueline Perry of Kermit, WV, Jennifer Matthews of Debord, KY and Kelsey Hall of Winchester, VA; her sisters, Susie Preston of Debord, KY and Shirley Elkins of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Russell Marcum, Connor Marcum, Todd Matthews, Tara Hunt and Warren Matthews; and her great grandchildren, Winnie Marcum, Zane Matthews, Juniper Matthews, Penelope Matthews and Thalia Hall.
