He is survived by: his daughters, Kay Banks of Delphia, KY, Melissa Trent (Buck) of Delphia, KY and Kimberly Shepherd (Michael) of Cornettsville, KY; his brother Mick Cornett (Cheryl) of Danville, KY; his grandchildren, Charles, Shawn, Kimberly (Derrick), Austin, Amber (Dustin), Alex, Andrew, Ora (Josh), Ashley (Will) and Mikey; his great grandchild Carlee; and his pet Jack.
