He is survived by: his wife Martha Slone Osborne; his children, Dwayne Milton Dave Osborne, Amanda Slone (Kenny Ray) and Tiffany Osborne (Gary Bud Johnson); his grandchildren, Kenny Ray Jr., Zachary, Veronica, Ali, Jasmine, Mason, Hailey and Dwayne; and his siblings, Bill Osborne, John Osborne, Rosa Mitchell, Roberta Tackett and Bernice Newberry (Twin).
