She was predeceased by: her husband Randall Smith; her parents, Murph Martin and Herma Hall Martin; and her siblings, Shirlene Martin, Emily Allen, Mavis Joy Hall, Willa Fay Collins, Franklin David "Pop" Martin and William Alger "Junebug" Martin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vanessa Lynn Smith of Clay City, KY and Alison Leigh Smith of Ivel, KY; her sister Linda Combs of Louisa, KY; and her grandchildren, Annie, Alvin Alexander, Abbie Simone and Asher Theodore.
