He is survived by: his parents, Terry Prater of Campton, KY and Francisca Goodwin of Winchester, KY.; and his siblings, Tiffany Collins of Morehead, KY., Lester Self of Hazard, KY and Rusty Self of Brunswick.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Denniston Cemetery.
