The memory of Wannette Franklin of Denniston, Kentucky, who passed away on August 2, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her father George Edward; her children, David Green, Mike Franklin and Lynette Franklin; and her grandchild BJ Bonner.
She is survived by: her husband Adrion Coats Franklin; her sons, Richard Franklin (Lori), Larry Franklin (Cheryl) and Garry Franklin (Nancy); her sisters, Sara McFerrin (Wayne), Brenda Shively (Sam) and Martha Whitehurst; her sister-in-law Susan; her sister Phyllis Byrd; her grandchildren, Charie, Larry, Heather, Ashley of Mikey, BJ, Chaz and Sara; and her great grandchildren, Triston, Shayla, Gabby, Lauren, Parker, Alyssa, Case, River, Madi, Adley, Rylan, Blaine and Chazalynn.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Dayspring Church (1517 Main St, Frenchburg, KY 40322). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at the North Shady Grove Cemetery.
