He is survived by: his mother Renell Caudill (Jeff Tackett); his siblings, Brandon Christopher Caudill (Shelbi) of Ashland, Ashton Bradford Caudill of Denton, KY and Summer Lynn Tackett of Denton, KY; his grandparents, Carla Lynn Tackett of Denton, KY, Ola Tackett of Ashland, Danny Bryan and Donna Stanley of Ashland; his nephew Kaeson Avery Snell of Ashland; and his cousin Logan Worthington of Greenup.
