He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin F. Sr. Holbrook and Ester Burke Holbrook; his son William Holbrook; and his sisters, Elma Holbrook Perry, Alta Holbrook Rogers and Phyllis Holbrook Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Diamond Holbrook; his daughter Joyce Holbrook of Denton; his grandchildren, Amy Newland and Kevin Griffith; his great grandchildren, Kailey Lay and Alexis Griffith; and his daughter-in-law Sandra Holbrook of Union, KY. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
