He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Reed Murphy (Sharon) of Barbourville, Finley Murphy (Brenda) of Corbin, Odie Mae Goldsworthy of Girdler, Lucy Ann Messer of London, Oak Stewart of Girdler and Larry Stewart of Girdler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
