He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Williams and Velma Keith Jarvis; and his siblings, Ola-Jean Williams, Rila Dukes, Arlis "Buddy" Williams and Norman Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Williams of Dexter; his children, Belinda Mohnen (Jessie) of Dexter, Billy Kemble of Dexter, Isaac Williams (Alicia) of Draffenville and Earl Williams (Jesica) of Dexter; and his siblings, Paula Jarvis, Sarah Grigsby, Regina Rolley, Paul Jarvis (Angela), Thomas Joe Jarvis (Carol) and W. C. Williams. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
