He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Rebecca Pritchett Duncan; and his brother Steve Duncan. He is survived by: his daughter Tasha Mitchell (James) of Dexter, KY; his brothers, Randall Duncan (Jennifer Cunningham) of Hardin, KY and Chester "Curly" Duncan of Almo, KY; and his grandchildren, Jack and Ruby Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Chapel of Imes Funeral Home (1804 KY-121, Murray, KY 42071). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
