She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward Payne and Agnes Louise Farmer; her husband Ronald Blake Sr.; and her son Ronald Blake Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Nathanael Blake of Dixon, KY and Jeremy Blake of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Townsend Funeral Home (140 US-41 ALT, Dixon, KY 42409). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
