Blanford of Dixon, KY; her granddaughters, Allie Carter of Dixon, KY. and Rachel McLachlan of Dixon, KY.; her great grandchildren, Amelia Carter of Dixon, KY. and Levi Mitchell of Dixon, KY.; and her sisters, Glenda Moore of Henderson, KY., Linda Boster of Madisonville, KY., Janie Webb of Dixon, KY., Kathy Williams of Marion, KY. and Paula Tipton of Niagra, KY.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
