He is survived by: his wife Hazel Wilson Clark of Dixon, KY; his daughters, Bettye Herald (Troy) of Dixon, KY and Angie Walker (Davory) of Dixon, KY; his grandchildren, Danielle Pierce (John), Brittany Bagwell (Caje), Kaylee Stone (Michael), Austin Teal, Gavin Walker and Aden Walker; his great grandchildren, Paige, Gage, Presley, Mason, Avery, Laken and Jetty; his nephew Brian Clark of Dixon, KY; his niece Sherri Fisher of Evansville, IN; Cliff Duncan of Madisonville, KY and Greg Brown of Dixon, KY..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Townsend Funeral Home (140 US-41 ALT, Dixon, KY 42409). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
