She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Herman and Mayme Mitchell; her husband Joel C. Rich; her son James Douglas Hibbs; and her siblings, Charles Mitchell, Louise Hendrix and Betty Sue Moran.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Tillman of Dixon, KY and Joel C. Rich II of Evansville, IN.; her grandchildren, Matthew Tillman (Jamie) and Shanda Tillman; her great grandchildren, Demetrius, Amaya, Sydney, Lily and Tiffani; and her great great grandchildren, Maislee and Memphis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Townsend Funeral Home (140 US-41 ALT, Dixon, KY 42409). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
