He is survived by: his wife Marelene Fulkerson of Dixon, KY; his children, Leslie Blair of Sebree, KY, Derrick Fulkerson (Margaret) and Dustin Fulkerson (Allie) of Dixon, KY; his grandchildren, Austin (Chloe), Breanna (Garrett), Adrianna, Jaden, Cady and Masen; and his pets, Ace and Hank. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
