He was predeceased by : his father Louis P.; his son Brian Wedding; and his siblings, Sue Sapp, Mary Howard, Ramonda Calhoun, Pat, Charlie and Paul Wedding.

He is survived by : his wife Judy Moore Wedding of Dixon, KY; his children, Karen Early (Chris) of Owensboro, KY, Mark Wedding of Falls and John Wedding of Louisville, KY; and his stepsons, Gary Tapp (Tiffany) of Dixon, KY and Brad Tapp (Heather) of Poole, KY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Townsend Funeral Home (140 US-41 ALT, Dixon, KY 42409). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
