He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Ray and Maudell Green Oakley; and his wife Jojo Oakley. He is survived by: his children, Dusty Lynn (Chuck) of Nashville, TN and Perry Ray Oakley II (Amy) of Dixon, KY; his brother Kerry Oakley (Bonnie) of Providence, KY; his grandchildren, Gabriel Ryan Oakley and Ella Rae Oakley; and his nieces, Candy Skinner, Keely Oakley and Kam Davis.
