He is survived by: his wife Frankie Belcher Lowe; his sons, Ralph Lowe (Teeni) of Blaze Branch and Johnny Lowe of Blaze Branch; his grandchildren, Chasity Lowe of Virgie, Tyler Lowe (Sierra) of Jenkins and Nikki Newsome (Samuel) of Blaze Branch; his great grandchildren, Whitney, Reagan, Abigail, Kyndall, Hunter, Larra Shae, Colton, Skyler, Gauge, Emmett and Jax; and his great great grandchild Ember Kate.
