He was predeceased by: his parents, Patton Mullins and Mountie Johnson Mullins; his son Ronnie Joe Mullins; and his siblings, Charles Mullins, Chester Mullins, Astor "Badge" Mullins, Pete Mullins, Linda Johnson, Mae Bates, Ruby Adams and Mary Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Blanche Davis Mullins; his sons, Roger Mullins (Frankie) of Dorton, Mike Mullins (Rhonda) of Dorton and Freddie Mullins (Alisa) of Dorton; his sister Gracie Little of Weeksbury; and his grandchildren, Leandra Johnson (John), Corey Mullins, Zack Mullins (Cortney), Leeza Mullins (Stephanie), Lee Mullins (Savannah), Nathan Mullins (Courtney), Ronald Mullins (Chanel), Dusty Goff, Lincoln Mullins and Ethan Bentley (Allison). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
