He is survived by: his children, Makayley Smallwood (Jeremiah) of Dorton, Jaeden Smallwood (Andrew) of Elkhorn and Trenton Smallwood of Dorton; his sisters, Karen White (Jeff) of Dorton and Kyra Johnson (Mikie) of Dorton; and his grandchildren, Lane and Navie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
