He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Tackett (Newcomb); his children, Lynn Osborne (Matt) of Virgie, Ashley Minix (Jesse) of Virgie and Ryan Tackett (Jami) of Pikeville; his brother Paul Tackett (Tina) of Dorton; his brothers-in-law, Glenn Coleman of Mooresburg, TN and David Newcomb (Stefanie); and his grandchildren, Clint Osborne, Cole Osborne, Eliza Osborne, Violet Osborne and Logan Minix.
